Wang Fusheng – Honorary Chairman
Wang Fusheng, age 69, is the now retired former Chairman of the Huan Dao Group, a major Chinese conglomerate listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange which had its Head Office in Hainan. Mr. Wang is a celebrated businessman in China with strong links on local and National levels. He is Head of the Hainan Chamber of Commerce and serves as Vice-Chairman of the Chinese National Chamber of Commerce.

Lillian Wang Li – Chairman of Board of Directors and Secretary
Lillian Wang Li, age 49, is one of the founders of HQSM and is the chairman of our board of directors. She is responsible for the general administration, strategic planning and financial management of HQSM. Ms. Wang graduated from the Beijing University majoring in European and Chinese Literature and holds a certificate in business administration from Concordia University, Canada. She has over twenty-five years experience in management of China and Canadian businesses, particularly with respect to financial matters.

Harry Wang Hua - Director and Chief Operating Officer
Harry Wang Hua, age 43, is one of the founders of HQSM, and is our director and chief operating officer. He is responsible for the establishment of the production facilities and their operation in HQSM. He attended the Beijing Industrial University majoring in civil engineering. Mr. Wang has over fifteen years' experience in managing startup companies in China and in Canada and in training middle managers in China to Western standards.

Norbert Sporns – Director, Chief Executive Officer and President
Norbert Sporns, age 52, is one of the founders of HQSM, and is our director, chief executive officer and president. He has extensive experience in project development and investment consultancy. He graduated from the University of British Columbia, Canada, majoring in Philosophy. He also holds a Bachelor of Civil Law degree and a Bachelor of English Common Law degree from McGill University and a Certificate of Tax Law, a Certificate in Condominium Law and a Diploma of Notarial Law from the University of Montreal. Mr. Sporns joined HQSM in 1997.

Jean-Pierre Dallaire – Financial Controller and CFO
Jean-Pierre Dallaire, age 57, is the financial controller of HQSM. He has experience with Canada's largest engineering company where he was responsible for cash flow projections and project financial supervision. He holds a Master degree in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada. He joined HQSM in 2000.

Trond Ringstad - Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Trond Ringstad, age 39, heads up the company's International sales and marketing from our Seattle Head Office. He has 9 years of seafood sales experience and has been a pioneer in selling Tilapia in the United States. He holds two degrees; an BA (International Business) Washington State University and a BA (International marketing management) Norwegian School of Management (BI). He joined HQSM in 2006.

He Jian Bo – Manager Finance Department
He Jian Bo, age 39, is the manager of the finance department of HQSM. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master degree in Economics from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, the PRC. He joined HQSM in 1999.

Wang Fu Hai - Director and Chief Accounting and Finance Officer
Wang Fu Hai, age 62, is the Chief Production Controller and Engineer of HQSM. He graduated from Post College in 1966. He was the manager of Project Department Hainan Jiahua Ocean Organism Co., Ltd. He has solid experience in production coordination and control. He joined HQSM in 1997.

William Su – Compliance Manager and International Sales liaison
William Su, age 38, is the manager of the compliance department. He Graduated from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute, Major in Business Administration. He has over 12 years of experience in international trade and project development. He is familiar with western and Asian business practices. He joined HQSM in 2004.

Tang, Qun Jie - Chief Accountant
Tang, Qun Jie, age 37, is the Chief accountant of HQSM. She graduated from Nanjing Auditing Univesrity, major in audit. She is a registered Tax auditor and CPA. She joined HQSM in 2001

Liu, Jie -- Plant Manager
Liu, Jie, age 43, is the plant manager of HQSM. He graduated from Da Lian Ocean Transporation Univesrity. He has over 18 years of experiences in manaing fishery related business. He joined HQSM in 2000.
