HQ, in response to increasing demand, exports varying quantities of tilapia in different forms to the US, Japan, Korea, Mexico. The tilapia products sold by the company are mainly in the following forms: Whole Round Frozen, Gutted and Scaled (G&S), boneless-skinless tilapia fillet (CO treated) or (non-CO treated)
Panaeus Vannamei (White Shrimp) is the principal type of shrimp produced by HQ. We export shrimp in the following different forms to the US, Japan and Australia.: Head-on shell-on shrimp, Headless shell-on shrimp, Peeled tail-on shrimp, Peeled and deveined shrimp, Peeled and undeveined shrimp. These can be packaged according to the requirements of the buyer either block or Individually Quick Frozen (IQF).
